Baldwin is paying homage to its 70-year heritage of bold designs by bringing them to life through a campaign titled, 70 Years of Door Couture.

Baldwin celebrated its 70th anniversary in bold fashion last night at the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas when hundreds of architects, builders, customers, designers and employees gathered to celebrate Baldwin’s rich history and witness the unveiling of the company’s 70th Anniversary Commemorative Knob.

As we celebrate Baldwin’s 70th Anniversary, we thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of the iconic times in Baldwin’s history. Did you know that in 1946, the Fayerman family pooled their hard-earned wages to fulfill their dream of restarting the family business and purchased Baldwin Tool and Die Company. They began by making letter boxes stamped from sheets of brass, recognizing these will be a necessity in the post-war building boom. Seventy years of innovation begins.
